At Simply Relaxing, we offer a wide range of holistic therapies to help you deal with today's busy l Bring your slippers and be ready to relax!

At Simply Relaxing, we offer a wide range of Holistic Therapies, from Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles, therapeutic massage, Pregnancy Massage to Holistic Facials and Callous Heel Peel. We understand that ladies need longer opening hours to fit into their busy days, with parking just outside the salon, we hope that your treatment begins the moment you arrive. We also offer a wide range of gifts in our shop. Recently, we added Reflexology for Lymph Drainage which helps to boost the Lymph drainage system to clear excess fluid, reduce inflammation and boost your immune system. We have also introduced the Malay Naval Candling and Abdominal Detox massage which brings relief for IBS, Menstrual problems. Both treatments will deliver effective results to a great many people. In our shop, we stock our own products, designed and created in our workshop. We use organic essential oils in every soy candle, room spray, reed diffuser, massage, essential oil blend. Recently, we have added a collection of Gift Boxes and Gift Hampers to our Aromatherapy Gift Shop at the front of our premises. Each month we have Special Offers to tempt you to try something new as the world of holistic therapy is vast. Due to Covid, we ask you to wear your face mask into the shop area, we will contact you the day before your appointment to ask two covid questions. I'm bringing Simply Relaxing and Helpmeorganics together under one website, it will be better for you to access all the therapies, lifestyle blog and organic aromatherapy products.

This means I ll be closing simply-relaxing.com on May 1st, but the treatments you know and love are continuing exactly as they are - just from one central place. This halves my workload and allows me to work on a few projects for you.

The old Simply Relaxing website remains live, until May 1st.

Have you heard of Winter Fatigue? This time of year, you may notice your energy is lower than normal, this is both your physical energy and your emotional energy . Mainly caused by the shorter days and colder weather BUT there are things you can do to help feel better.
- eat good healthy, not processed foods. It's recommended to eat a rainbow of vegetables daily to ensure complete nutrition
- drink plenty of fluids - not tea and coffee as they contain caffeine which give you a temporary burst
- get moving. Exercise increases your energy levels. Wrap up and go for a brisk walk to get your lymphatic system moving
- book in for a massage. A massage releases endorphins into your bloodstream and helps to rebalance your emotional energy
- laughing and smiling are the best mood enhancers going. 😊

And remember, in just over a month we put the clocks forward to welcome Spring 😁

I completely understand that the snow has caused problems for everyone but I am a little upset that I am being given very little notice of not coming for treatments today.
Please note that a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as the appointment cannot usually be filled at short notice.

It's Christmas Eve, the most magical day of the year 🌲🎅

The salon and shop is open until 1pm today fir any last minute gifts, essential oil blends, candles, oils and sprays.🌱

The salon is open on
Monday 29th December 10am until, 12pm
Tuesday 30th December 10am until. 1pm
New Year's Eve 10am until. 12pm
Normal opening times resume on Monday 5th January 2026
