Who else procrastinates over small details? 🙋‍♀️

This logo has taken 9 months to materialise…stuck in decision fatigue feeling like once I decide there’s no going back, except there is, I’m literally doing that exact thing. Changing a logo that already exists…

Being indecisive though does have its place, my brain tells me to treat every decision as if it’s a HUGE one so when it comes to life changing choices I’m a professional ✌️

Not so much when I have to decide what to choose off a menu and then having to live with the devastation of food envy 😬

As everyone is I’m a constant student to my own behaviours and attitude. Starting a small business hyper focuses on those and I’ve been edging closer to making those small decisions quickly 🙌

My website is also closer to being updated to reflect my new branding, it’s felt right to give it a refresh that feels connected to the space I’ve created for my clients. I hope you agree it’s a good ‘shop window’ into what you’ll get when you come to see me 😊

✨Appreciation post✨

The reel that made this all real.

It all looks so easy wrapped up in a minute but the reality of converting half my garage into a holistic sanctuary came with its stresses and a ridiculous amount of painting, NEVER underestimate how many coats you need on plasterboard 😬

My parents, specifically my Dad did most of the hard work for free, not only that they helped me out financially to make this happen so I’m forever grateful to them. My Dad is super human, he was diagnosed with lung cancer 5 years ago and since then he has never let that stop him from doing what he wants, I’m lucky that what he wants is to give me money and build my treatment room 😂🙏

I had this dream in my late teens of having my own business, working in the holistic wellbeing space and now I’m seeing that dream take shape. There’s a way to go to get it there, I hope you’ll join me✌️

Hola….☀️

I’ve had some new followers recently so a quick ‘Who am I’…

My name is Michelle and I live in Winslow with my husband Simon and my daughter Etta who is growing up too fast, starting school in September 😬 I’ve been providing mobile reflexology treatments in the local area since 2022 and I love it, the buzz I get from helping people has been a part of me forever so getting to help my clients on their wellbeing journey is an absolute privilege! is my second child (minus the tantrums 😂) that I’m nurturing to grow, coming soon it will have a place of it’s own that I’m currently project managing so keep an eye on here for more details 👀

🏝️ I’m back from a week in the Balearics with my family, I’m tanned and rested which both come as a surprise due to having a 4 year old to run after but between me and my husband we struck that balance pretty well ⚖️

📖 I also managed to read an entire book, again much to my surprise, good ol who dunnit to keep my engagement and honestly to keep my phone out of my hand. It worked and I feel all the more better for some time out from a screen.

Holidays are so great at highlighting what’s missing or what you need change in your daily life, it feels to me like the post holiday period is a good time to set new intentions from that calmer headspace.

Maybe your holiday is highlighting something for you.

These are my feet 👣

They aren’t perfectly pedicured (some quick nail vanish spruce up)

They have some hard skin and my nails need cutting

My toes don’t align and I’m quite flat footed

They haven’t seen the sun in 7 months so looking a bit pale (will soon have the classic sandal strap tan lines I’m sure)

But dam they enjoyed being under this waterfall after a couple of days of hiking!

As a reflexologist I often come across people who are self conscious about their feet. Let me assure you that there is no judgement at , I love to see all the different feet out there and hear the journeys they’ve taken you on 😁

Like any body part we shouldn’t feel ashamed to exist as we are including our feet so please get your feet out this summer and better yet book yourself a reflexology treatment to give them the attention they deserve 🙌
