These photos capture a practical scenario focused on one-arm chest compressions, used when performing CPR on a child. It’s a physically demanding technique and one I hadn’t been taught previously, highlighting how important hands-on, scenario-based training really is.

Having attended many first aid courses throughout my career across different sectors, I can confidently say that Sue’s training not only covered everything I’d learned before, but also introduced new techniques and up-to-date guidance, which was extremely valuable. A thorough, informative, and professionally delivered session.

Sandra is a very talented polish massage therapist.

I have had two visits (so far more are book) with her for a manual lymphatic drain Massage, it was outstanding, Sandra’s knowledge is out of this world. In addition she won silver at the European GPBMC. She is aiming for gold in 2026.
