Thank you!

The last few weeks for my little business have been truly mind-blowing.

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has come to see me for treatment, and to those who have visited to float, use the sauna, or brave the ice bath. Every time a new booking pops up on my phone, I do a little happy dance. By choosing to spend your time and money with us, you’re supporting a small business and trusting us to help with your wellness and recovery — and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.

Every new facility or treatment I’ve introduced has always been with one goal in mind: to help people feel better, recover well, and take time to look after themselves.

Thank you for keeping that fire in my belly and motivating me to keep improving, growing, and building something truly special — a unique wellness and recovery space for our community.

This mediation will be taking place outside in our beautiful young Generation Wood amongst the trees we planted 3 years ago.
If we are expecting inclement weather we will be using our lovely tee p*e space in the wood. Please bring yoga mats or camping chairs depending if you would like to lay or sit during the meditation.

Wellingtons or walking boots are recommended for the walk to the wood. There will be opportunities to be barefoot and grounding once in the wood. Parking will be at The Hygge Corner but for anyone with mobility issues we can give you access to the wood via car.

Suitable for everyone from those who meditate regularly to those who never have but would like to try.
