Ayahuasca took me through hell & back 💔 but it’s what I needed ✨🌱

This weekend,
I stepped into my healing

Healing isn’t always quiet,
pretty, or easy.
Sometimes it’s choosing yourself
even when misunderstood✨

This weekend was one of the most profound experiences of my life 🥵 🎢 🔪
Ayahuasca took me
to the depths and beyond,
through surrender and release,
asking me to let go 😭
of what I had been carrying ❤️‍🩹

It wasn’t luxury,
but it was overflowing with love,
and that love held me through two nights
sleeping on a simple mat in a room with 9 others

We were held in a sacred circle 🤲 by the healing tribe who assisted with our experience, as we purged 🤢 , screamed 🗣️, cried 😭 crawled & guided as safely in the most respectful way ,
honestly I can’t even put into words.
What a team !
It definitely wasn’t pretty but worth it ☀️

They also used sound, music, and
instruments 🥁 as well as Kate who was singing throughout the ceremony a voice of an angel 😇 I’ve never heard anything like it in my life,
and this experience with the medicine 🌱 opened unseen realms ☄️

✨ I felt deeply connected to spirit, ✨
✨ held and comforted by angels and ancestors, ✨
✨ carried through the cosmos, ✨
✨ receiving messages I cannot yet put into words. ✨

In that space, my pain was seen🌅
held, and softened.🥹

On the other side,
I feel cleansed, lighter,
and reset in my soul 🥰

Healing is hard it takes courage, it takes time iam proud of me 💜
I chose my power over pain. 🤍

Today we had a Beautiful cacao ceremony today , food for the soul nourishing the mind & body , healing on all levels , not only do they do the ceremony the students also go away with homework 📄 to continue to work on themselves with structure put in place 🙏🏽
