Happy Thursday!

I am running FREE wellbeing sessions for Women in North Motherwell and would love to invite you to join us, the first session is this Monday 1pm at the Pat Cullinan Centre Motherwell.

These sessions are completely free and fully funded by CVHA.

It is so important that as women we prioritise our health and wellbeing as we are constantly filling up everyone else's cup before our own. This is an hour of your week that will be all about YOU. Come along to our first session, there is no obligation to attend all, but you are more than welcome to attend all eight.
