UPDATE 1520 - Our phones lines are finally up and running π

UPDATE 1146 - We have been advised the fix for the major service outage has been extended to 1800 today!!
Please follow directions below if your issue is medically urgent
UPDATE 1040 - We are still waiting to hear from the suppliers to advise what is causing this issue, it is a general outage with this phone supplier so not only ourselves affected. We are constantly contacting for updates.

UPDATE 0810 - As advised below, please use askmyGP between 0800 - 0930, if you have no access to the internet and are unable to use askmyGP, please report to the practice in person, this should be for urgent medical issues only however, please do not attend if your issue is routine and can wait until next week.

Our phones lines are currently still down for incoming and outgoing calls, we have contacted our provider for an urgent update.
In the meantime, we ask all patients to use askmygp for any urgent enquries this morning
