Breastfeeding groups offer a warm, welcoming and safe environment where pregnant women and breastfeeding mums can meet and support each other.

You do not need to be having breastfeeding challenges to attend, as the social and emotional support is just as important.

Have you heard of Dads Rock ?
Or are you a dad looking for support?

Dads Rock provide support for all Dads/male carers to increase their parenting skills and feel more confident about their role as a parent. Many Dads feel that existing parenting support systems focus on Mums only.

Children have better outcomes in life when all parents are actively involved in their upbringing.

Dads Rock welcome ALL Dads/Male carers from families of all shapes and sizes, any nationality and including gay, trans and non-binary Dads at our groups and activities.

You also may meet a “Community Mother” at the group. They are volunteers who have breastfed their own babies and are also trained to offer you support with breastfeeding.

Mum’s body goes through enormous changes during pregnancy, but perhaps surprisingly dad's body also changes to get ready for becoming a dad.
