Sweet Freedom: Break Chocolate & Sweet Snack Habits with Cacao

A supportive 4 week habit-breaking workshop to help you reduce (or stop) the pull of chocolate bars and sweet snacks—without guilt or rigid rules.

Over 4 Monday evenings you’ll learn practical tools, use ceremonial grade cacao (included) and get group support throughout to stay consistent between sessions.

What do you intend to do today that will make your heart sing? The truth is, we only ever live in ‘today’. Yesterday already happened and exists now only in our memories, tomorrow hasn’t yet happened and literally could go anyhow! But today, we can make a difference. So if just for today, even if there are some stresses or some discomfort or sorrowful feelings, if you can also find something (no matter how small) fun, find gratitude in another thing, find love in another and invite giggles, laughter and joy, you are effectively creating a beautiful life ahead of you!

What is Rahanni?
Rahanni Celestial Healing is a 5th dimensional healing modality, where you are snuggled up in a cosy warm treatment bed in my beautiful peaceful treatment room, fully clothed and under blankets, to rest deeply.

Meanwhile, your practitioner places their hands on (or hovering above) key energy hubs in and around your body, whilst connecting with the Rahanni team of Ascended Masters, Archangels, Archai and Celestial Angels in the 5th Dimension to bring healing to your higher self, emotional self and overall state of being.

The session lasts around 90 minutes and will continue to integrate for around 3 days. It is said that an hour of Rahanni is the equivalent to a good 4 hours sleep!

The word ‘Jikiden’ means ‘Directly passed down’ in Japanese. The Jikiden method of Reiki follows the original training methods and techniques directly passed down from Mikao Usui Sensei in 1922 💫 This deeply restful session will see you snuggled up in a comfortable treatment room. You remain dressed and cosy under blankets. Your practitioner will place her hands on (or hovering over) key areas of your head and body, flowing energy where needed. This treatment is for you if; you’re exhausted, struggling to sleep, recovering from surgery, recovering from any short or long term illness, recovering from injury. Message me for availability. I keep my diary as flexible as possible to fit around you.
