Lovely few days with my girls at followed by homemade pizzas to see in the New Year.

Happy December ❄️🎄🎅

What a way to start my birthday! Lovely breakfast with my incredible girls followed by a morning cycle for school drop off. Wasn't a bad view either ☺️

Wow . . . What an incredible week spent with my girls!

Started off with Madeleine's first ever football match/tournament with all of the incredible little footballers at Hornets U7s. We are so proud of our little princess 👸🏼

Followed by an amazing trip up north to see family and friends in Liverpool and Yorkshire.

To top it all off the girls had a lovely afternoon with their Grandma and Auntie Claire at the circus and then dinner and fireworks at Nana and Grandads. We are spoilt!

A whirlwind 24 hours but could not be happier to introduce you to the latest addition here - Bonnie Daisy Caton born 23rd April 2025 with mummy and baby both doing incredibly ❤️

I can not thank all the staff up at the John Radcliffe Hospital enough, who's care and attention throughout the whole of the last 24hours has been second to none 🙏🏻

Time to rest up and enjoy the next few days, before getting back at it next week in the clinic.

A huge congratulations to these two lovely people who last month completed the Giant Causeway Coast Half marathon. They both suffered significant knee injuries earlier on in the year that threatened to put a stop to either of them completing any events this season.

The hard work and dedication they put into getting back to where they want to be has been incredible. Thank you both for choosing to support you to get back doing what you love best. It has been an absolute pleasure.

Onwards and upwards for next season starting for yourselves in Paris!
