Programmes are tailored to your needs using a fusion of EFT, ancient Energy Healing, essential oils and Modern Applied Psychology. These powerful and effective techniques integrate the mind, body and soul to achieve fast, effective and lasting change. I work intuitively and empathically, helping you to feel safe and supported and teaching you valuable tools to use in everyday life and more holistic, healthy way of living. I also educate in the use of Essential Oils for emotional healing and creating a toxin free body and environment. I use essential oils for just about everything; good health, prevention, well being, calmness, energy, connection, chakra balancing, stillness. Oils are by definition kind. They work their magic through absorption through the skin and through inhalation. Happy Chinese New Year & New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius 🔥🐎♒

Today feels quietly significant. We’ve just entered the Year of the Fire Horse, and this morning I pressed publish on my new website.

If you know me well, you’ll know horses have always been part of my story.

I spent much of my childhood around them, muddy boots, early mornings, learning patience, strength, instinct. Horses taught me about presence long before I had language for it. They don’t respond to force. They respond to clarity. To steadiness. To energy that’s congruent.

And they are deeply intuitive. A horse can feel the smallest shift in your breath, your posture, your emotional state. They mirror what is real. They won’t follow performance, only authenticity.

The Fire Horse carries movement, visibility, courage and momentum.

But what I love most about the horse is not the speed, it’s the intelligence within the power.

Contained strength.
Attuned awareness.
A body that knows when to move and when to stand still.

That’s the energy I’m choosing to move with this year.

Not urgency. Not pressure. But clean, regulated initiation.

Publishing my new website today wasn’t about noise. It was about alignment.

A quieter kind of fire.
One that burns steadily.

January was a bit of a hibernation month for me, wintering where I can, in between clients and running networking, keeping things slower and more intentional. ✨

This morning felt like a gentle re-emergence though, coffee with my lovely friend Lisa Cherry, and one of those nourishing conversations about life, business, and everything in between.

Very grateful for honest chats, good coffee, and people who feel like home. 🙏

✨ What a beautiful way to start the week!

A fabulous Monday sharing the gift of Reiki 1 with a wonderful group of women.. supporting them as they begin to integrate this gentle but powerful self-healing into their lives. 🍁
I can’t wait to welcome them back for Reiki 2, bringing this energy into their businesses. 💫

Today’s card was Demeter - the Nurturer, a perfect reflection of the day’s energy: growth, care, and the beauty of giving and receiving in balance. ⚖️

Finished the day with a deeply nourishing group breathwork session with my fellow Influential Breathwork Coaches, a reminder that true nurturing always begins with the breath. 🙏 ✨

This afternoon was all about creativity and flow, I drafted the Breathwork page for my new website and mapped out some new packages. Having a writing buddy has made such a difference too! thank you Ela, for the encouragement and accountability ✨

Ending the day with a beautiful walk with my daughter.. blue skies, crisp leaves, and that golden autumn light. Such a gorgeous day 🍂💙

What a week! ✨

Wrapping up yesterday with another gorgeous networking morning in Witney — full of heart-led women in business, real talk, warm connection, and so much inspiration. Thank you to everyone who joined us 💛

Earlier in the week, I held space for the Adderbury group — gently reflecting, reconnecting, and rising as we step into the second half of the year ☀️

Midweek brought a soulful road trip to Bath to connect with powerhouse and our brilliant mastermind crew. On the most powerful New Moon of the year ♋, I had my turn in the hot seat – time for reflection, clarity, and planting bold intentions for the months ahead. So much wisdom shared, so much magic unfolding 🔥

And always… the honour of walking alongside my fabulous clients – doing the deep work, shifting their stories, reclaiming their power.

Now it’s time for rest, sunshine, and play! Have a lovely weekend 🌿☀️

🌿 Reiki 2 Training Day – A Deeply Healing Experience 🌿

Yesterday, I had the honour of guiding two beautiful clients through their Reiki Level 2 training—and what a powerful, heart-opening day it was.
Both women have been working with me for some time now, courageously navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), fibromyalgia, sleep difficulties, anxiety, and deep-rooted patterns of low confidence. It’s been incredible to witness their unfolding.

Their journey into energy healing began with Reiki 1, and after that first self-healing level, they both reported truly life-changing shifts:

✨ A deep sense of calm, peace and being grounded
✨ Improved energy, better sleep, and relief from fibromyalgia symptoms
✨ More capacity to handle daily life
✨ Heightened joy and appreciation for the small things
✨ Greater self-awareness and emotional resilience
✨ And one most profoundly… a new sense - for the first time in her life
💫 “I want to be here… and I’m excited to learn more” – shared with tears of joy.

Reiki 2 took this even deeper.
The attunement was deeply moving for all of us - powerful, emotional, and held in a space of complete safety and warmth. Both women experienced a sense of being fully seen, supported, and spiritually held. There were tears, laughter, and so much love. 💗

What a privilege to support others not only in their personal healing—but in becoming a healing presence for others.

This is the ripple effect of energy work.
This is what happens when we return home to ourselves.

Day 2 with the Influential Breathwork Academy 🌿✨

Yesterday was nothing short of powerful...meeting these incredible women in person for the first time, sharing stories, holding space, witnessing deep transformation and breakthroughs. 💫

The rain added a soft, peaceful energy to our time in the garden, the perfect backdrop for connection and growth. 🌧🌸
