This week is PEAQ week! 💚

Our annual surveys have been sent to clients, Care Professionals and our Key Players over the past couple of weeks - and this week we’ve gotten into the party spirit with party poppers, balloons and lots of cake (note the efforts of the office team with homemade cakes - a team of many talents! 🍰)

During PEAQ week we support our team to come in and complete their surveys and we might as well make a bit of fun out of it, as always! They've been popping in sporadically between visits and it's lovely to see some of them 🥳

Some older adults prefer meals that are easy to eat and don’t feel too heavy, especially in winter when appetite can fluctuate.

This Ratatouille Pasta fits the bill, simple to prepare together and full of vegetables that provide fibre and natural antioxidants.

Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots, red onions, olive oil, honey, pasta, garlic, chopped tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.

Method:
1. Roast the vegetables with olive oil, honey and seasoning for around 20 minutes.
2. Cook the pasta.
3. Add the roasted veg to a saucepan with garlic and tinned tomatoes, then simmer briefly.
4. Stir through the basil and serve over the pasta.
