There's nothing quite like a cup of tea, good company, and the click of knitting needles💛

Our wonderful Needle & Pin group meets regularly to knit, chat and enjoy time together in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

At the moment, the group is putting their talents to a very special cause, lovingly knitting items to donate to those in need in Ukraine.

We're so proud of our residents for coming together and using their skills to make a difference!

This month, we’re excited to introduce our brand‑new Calm Swim Zone, a peaceful pool experience designed to help residents re‑discover the therapeutic benefits of water‑based exercise in a calming environment. 🏊‍♀️💙

We kicked off the year with an introductory talk from our wonderful PT, Annette, who shared how movement in water can boost overall health.

Our first Calm Swim session took place in our tranquil Wellness Spa, and we hope our residents enjoy many more relaxing swims!
