190,271 under 18-year-olds were referred to mental health services between June and April 2021. A 134% increase from the previous year.

And there are currently 374,000 under 18-year-olds on the official waiting list for NHS mental health care.

It’s been a LONG time since I’ve posted on here, and did that I apologise. I have been very busy working with children, young people, families throughout the pandemic. It’s been tough! But there have been many successes and lots to be thankful for, and I’m now making more time for this space. Love and light, Cheshire Cat x

This is a time I never thought I would see, being isolated and seeing people living in fear is hard. Children are struggling, they are often having big emotions they cannot regulate. I’m here, message me for help.

I’m getting to use this time to learn about tech, I know it’s about time. I can offer zoom sessions, and yes I specialise in children and young people but I am trained to work with adults too.
