EDGE Disability Consultancy E|D|G|E is an alternative leaning provider that enables people with disabilities (11+) to fully engage in their local community.

We help, advise and support with Education, Development, Training, Growth & Employment. Our Aim is:

To empower individuals to achieve career aspirations
To promote work experience and career exploration through opportunities in the community
To encourage and support education providers to set up and deliver specialist programmes for young people
To deliver bespoke person-centred Education Otherwi

se Than At School (EOTAS) programmes to 16-24-year-olds with Education, Health, Care Plans (EHCP)
To deliver and promote Disability Awareness training within communities
To provide information advice and guidance to transition providers, employers, parents and carers

Our Life on the EDGE radio group had an exciting week, featuring a special interview with the Mayor of Woking!

The team worked together to prepare thoughtful questions and had the opportunity to interview the Mayor as part of their radio show—an amazing experience for everyone involved.

Looking for something tasty to try over the Easter break? A big thank you to Brandon for creating and sharing this delicious recipe—give it a go and let us know what you think!

Ingredients:
120g Couscous
1 pepper, 1 courgette, 1 small onion, handful mushroom (all sliced)
Mixed herbs
200mml hot veg stock
1tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Pour hot stock over couscous, cover and leave for 5mins
Fry the onion (2min) then add the veg and cook until soft
Fluff couscous with fork, mix into the veg
