Personally as both a Quins and England rugby fan I'm a big fan of , as a mental health advocate I'm a huge fan of Joe Marler. To be so publicly honest about his mental health struggles and to work towards removing the stigma of talking and being open for other men and particularly men in rugby, in my eyes makes him a legend.
So at the end of you have not seen it, please do go and watch 'Big Boys Don't Cry' it's authentic and insightful.
Professionally I have experienced the rise in numbers of men coming to therapy which is brilliant, please keep reaching out we are here to support you. Talking is for everyone and no one is alone in their struggles.
