Yoga with Anouska I'm offering classes privately or in groups as a student teacher. Since finding the joy and benefit There are also proven benefits to your productivity at work.

From a young age I have been a gymnast, in my late teens I found competitive Cheerleading, and in my mid 20's Yoga found me! As my love for Yoga grew and I realised the many physical and mental benefits, it inspired me to take my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Affiliated to the Yoga Alliance UK with Christine Felix Yoga & Akram Yoga. With my competitive athletic background it has really helped me to see that Yoga can benefit the total beginner as well as truly complimenting any athletes training from football and rugby to dancing and gymnastics. Throughout my teaching journey I'd love for you to join me for a yoga practise that is guaranteed to:
Make you work. Generally aid your health. Find muscle you didn't even know you had if you're new to Yoga. Develop those muscles further. Cleanse your mind before or after a long day. Bring you laughter and joy. Throughout this training I am offering yoga practises either privately, in groups (bring your friends), or even at your office, or club. I believe there is something for everyone in Yoga, so if you're interested get in touch!

Yoga deserves its own day for SO many reasons but my absolute favourites are
1. Because it makes my MIND, BODY & SOUL feel great
2. It really is for EVERYONE
