💛 The Kintsugi clay heart breaking activity is a sacred, symbolic ceremony designed to reflect the beauty found in our emotional cracks.

💛 Participants begin with a fragile clay heart — intentionally created with care yet destined to break. In quiet reflection, each person gently breaks their clay heart, embodying the emotional release of a personal truth, pain, or wound they’ve carried. This symbolic act isn’t violent or careless — it’s deliberate and tender.
