Hi everyone 🙌

Just a little update regarding appointment cancellations.
To ensure fairness to all clients and to avoid last-minute gaps in my diary, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice will require 50% of the treatment cost to be paid.
This is to avoid last-minute gaps in my diary. These gaps prevent others booking an appointment that may need one and also affect my revenue.
As I do not take deposits and appointments are booked directly via text, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

A quick update regarding my February availability.
I was really hoping the new treatment room would be ready for me to start on 1st February, as planned. Unfortunately, there’s been a small delay, so I’ll now be starting the following week. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — it truly means a lot.🙏

Dear lovely clients 🤍

I haven’t posted for a little while, so it’s time for an update. Many of you already know that I’m in the middle of some big changes, and I’m excited to finally share them with you.😊

First of all, I will no longer be treating clients from Anytime Fitness gym. A new chapter is beginning, and I’ll soon be welcoming you into my own beautiful treatment space.🤞🍀🥳
At the moment, I’m on holiday, and I truly believed I would be able to see all of you before then. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances — including a massive delay with my new massage bed and a bit of stress with customer service — I wasn’t able to set up my treatment room in time.🤷🙄
The good news is that I’ve now ordered a new massage bed (and after a lot of chasing, I finally received a refund from the previous company 🙈).

I’m really hoping that no later than 1st of February, I’ll be back to work and able to treat you all again.🤞🤞🤞
