Team Medic is a CQC-registered provider delivering private ambulance services, frontline emergency response, and event medical cover across the UK.
We also operate a Qualsafe Accredited training centre, delivering First Aid and Pre-Hospital care training to both healthcare professionals and businesses.
The role
We are hiring a Business Administrator and Compliance Lead to oversee daily operations while strengthening compliance across the organisation.
This is not a task-based role. You will take ownership, improve processes, and help drive standards forward.
What you will do
✔ Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
✔ Manage client communication, bookings, and coordination
✔ Maintain accurate systems, records, and documentation
✔ Lead compliance across policies, procedures, and best practice
✔ Identify gaps and implement process improvements
✔ Manage feedback and complaints tracking
✔ Support leadership with reporting and weekly meetings
What we are looking for
✔ Experience in administration, operations, or compliance
✔ Strong organisation and attention to detail
✔ Clear communicator who solves problems quickly
✔ Someone who takes ownership and drives change
✔ Healthcare or regulated industry experience is an advantage
