So… an impressive job title – but what does a Field Care Supervisor actually do? 🤔

You might already have a few ideas about what the role involves – but let’s break it down.

We provide a domiciliary care service for clients who need hourly care support in their own homes. In this role, you’ll work closely with Cristina, our Care Manager, and Anna, another Field Care Supervisor, helping to make sure both our clients and carers have a great experience.

You’ll be looking after the needs and requirements of new and existing clients, including completing care consultations, compliance and risk assessments, and introductions for carers and clients meeting for the first time.

Home Instead Guildford and Woking would like to remind everyone that we run a Connections Café in the beautiful grounds of West Hall Care Home.

This event is open to all, and the next session will be on Tuesday 17th March from 10:00–11:30am. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet others, enjoy some entertainment, and treat yourself to free tea, coffee, and cake.

It was a great event last month, with a very good turnout, as you can see from the picture. Tell your loved ones, come along, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere — we look forward to seeing you there!
