SIDI PHYSIO has evolved due to a lack of specialist private facilities for Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Chiropody, and the need for a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation of musculoskeletal problems which strike all individuals, from elite sportspersons to the non-exercising individual. SIDI PHYSIO has been set up by Paul Sidi whose experiences as an Elite Rugby Union player have been invaluable in his development as a clinician in going beyond treating the existing pain and discomfort in a quest to forensically work out the underlying cause of the problems, and addressing these factors to help build a stronger, fitter and more flexible and balanced body. These are the driving goals of all SIDI PHYSIO clinicians who aim to benefit every individual, whatever their age or abilities, through a best practice dynamic approach to rehabilitation. Today, all patients sporting or not receive the same comprehensive approach to their injury with the aim of accelerating the rehabilitation process and preventing recurrence.
