New Class at Dramatize Knaphill

low impact workout with or without weights (Fitness Pilates)
Standing and/or with the use of a chair for some of the exercises but he whole session can be done sitting down.
Bring your own weights or two water bottles or no weights.
Please wear comfortable clothes (layers) and trainers.
Low impact workout
The session are on Monday’s from 2 – 2.45pm
Dates for all the classes:
February Monday classes 2 -2.45pm: 2nd , 9th & 23rd
(Low impact weights) No class on 16th
Wednesday classes 10-11am: 4th , 11th, 18th & 25th
( chair Pilates)
Friday classes 12-1pm: 6th , 13th , 20th & 27th (stability/balance)
