Senior excercise classes at Dramatize/Vyne Knaphill
Low impact workout with or without weights (Fitness Pilates)
Standing and/or with the use of a chair for some of the exercises but he whole session can be done sitting down.
Bring your own weights or two water bottles or no weights.
Please wear comfortable clothes (layers) and trainers.

The session are on Monday’s from 2 – 2.45pm
Dates for all the classes:
Monday classes 2 -2.45pm:
(Low impact with or without weights)/standing and or Chair
Easter break between 23rd March - until 6th April incl.
Chair based and chair and standing classes
Wednesday classes 10-11am:
( chair Pilates)
Friday classes 12-1pm: (stability/balance standing and chair)
All classes are pay as you go
