🦵Quad Stretch Relief 🦵
Been sitting a lot this week? Your quads (front of your thighs) can get tight from long hours at a desk - which can lead to hip and lower back tension too. Here’s a simple stretch you can do anywhere 👇
1️⃣ Stand tall and hold onto a chair or wall for balance.
2️⃣ Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your bum.
3️⃣ Grab your ankle and gently pull it closer until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.
4️⃣ Keep your knees close together and your hips facing forward.
5️⃣ Hold for 30-45 seconds, breathing slowly.
6️⃣ Switch sides.
Don’t force the stretch — keep it gentle and steady, never bouncing.
