As often as you want! Weekly, monthly or twice a year. Prevention is much easier than treating an injury once it’s occurred.

➡️ Acute injury
When treating an acute injury, it’s recommended to book 1-2 times a week for quick relief.

➡️ Chronic injury or dysfunction
Book once every 4-6 weeks to maintain progress and prevent any further injury or dysfunction.

🦵Quad Stretch Relief 🦵

Been sitting a lot this week? Your quads (front of your thighs) can get tight from long hours at a desk - which can lead to hip and lower back tension too. Here’s a simple stretch you can do anywhere 👇

1️⃣ Stand tall and hold onto a chair or wall for balance.

2️⃣ Bend your right knee and bring your heel towards your bum.

3️⃣ Grab your ankle and gently pull it closer until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.

4️⃣ Keep your knees close together and your hips facing forward.

5️⃣ Hold for 30-45 seconds, breathing slowly.

6️⃣ Switch sides.

Don’t force the stretch — keep it gentle and steady, never bouncing.

🧘 Seated Twist Stretch: relieve lower back stiffness 🧘

1️⃣Sit tall with your spine straight.

2️⃣Bend your right knee and cross your right foot over your left thigh, placing it flat on the floor beside your left knee.

3️⃣Bend your left leg underneath you (or keep it extended if that’s more comfortable).

4️⃣Inhale to lengthen your spine, then exhale to twist toward your right knee.

5️⃣Place your right hand behind you for support and your left elbow outside your right knee to deepen the twist.

6️⃣Hold and breathe deeply for 30-45 seconds.

7️⃣Slowly release and repeat on the other side.

A gentle way to release tension, improve posture, and bring fresh energy to your spine.
