MoveMindset Walking Coaching - helping women who are running on empty to have more energy, momentum and to feel like themselves again.

Many women struggle with the mental load that comes from juggling a career, looking after children and/or older parents. I help them to explore and discover their own unique path to having more energy and feeling their best. What clients discover is that there are often challenges that they are not even aware of which have been preventing them from reaching their goals. Small shifts can then be made, in their mindset, their physical environment or their actions. I am their guide helping them in the exploration process and supporting them through the new path that they find for themselves. Faye Andrews, Founder of Move Mindset, is a Registered Health and Wellbeing Coach at UK and International Health Coaches Association (www.UKIHCA.com), and also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is a facilitator of PCI accredited courses teaching Health and Wellness Coaching to health professionals.

Loved getting outside for our Menopause Walk this morning, despite the rain ☔️

Used to be a fair weather walker but that all changed after getting a dog 🐶

Also realised, in the right clothes, rain is not a problem!

Our Menopause Walks will continue throughout the Winter, where possible. For me, getting out in the fresh air with these lovely ladies was 100% what I needed! ❤️

A couple of weeks ago, I ran my first WalkActive Workshop, teaching the fundamentals of the WalkActive technique.

I also teach this over a 4 week course and via 1-1 sessions.

The Workshop format seemed to work well, and the group were able to walk away with the knowledge of the basics, the difference in how it feels, at the end.

I received some lovely feedback "I reckon the small changes you taught are going to make a big difference to how I move, feel and perform!"

We were lucky with the weather, but from my perspective this location lends itself perfectly to teach the session.
