A look inside Rowa's headquarters in Germany: Training the next generation🌎

🎓 Luca and Dani have successfully completed their bachelor's degrees in Digital Commerce Management – congratulations!
Both spent their entire years studying with us and are now continuing their journey as part of our team:
👉 Luca is joining the Rowa platform as a Junior Business Analyst
👉Dani as a Junior Tender & Sales Support Advisor in the hospital business

Did you know? Every year, we train young talents in a wide range of apprenticeships at our headquarters in Kelberg!

From industrial electricians, mechanics and IT programmers to logistics experts and dual students – they all learn about our products in a very hands-on way.
🔧 Technical trainees work directly in production and build our automated systems – they also support our teams on site with installations and service work.

💼 Office staff and dual students pass through various departments such as purchasing, logistics, development, manufacturing and sales.
We are proud to support the next generation – and even prouder when they decide to stay with us!
