But here is something we want you to hear.
You do not need fixing.
You are not behind.
Your worth is not measured by resolutions.

For some people, New Year’s resolutions can create pressure, guilt, or the feeling that you are not good enough as you are.

Growth does not have to start on January 1st.
Happiness does not come from forcing change.
And rest is just as important as motivation.

Get older. Know more. Have it all figured out.

The truth is, most adults are still learning too.

Making mistakes, changing their minds, unlearning old habits, and trying again.

You do not need to have everything worked out. No one really does.

And that is okay.

If you are finding things hard this Christmas, you are not weak and you are not alone. Support is available, even during the holidays.

It is always okay to ask for help, talk to someone you trust, or reach out to a helpline if things feel too much.

You deserve to feel safe, supported, and heard this Christmas.
