Think of things that are GOOD, don't keep repeating stories of anger and pain in your head,allow yourself to think of better things
Singing songs and words of joy and peace
Repeating words like love,peace, harmony, joy, abundance as a mantra
Connecting with animals and loved ones
Healing sessions and sound baths that help you clear your lower energies and lift you into higher space
Call on your angels, guides, dragons and unicorns to help you shift into a higher space

it has changed my life, saved it too. after a session I always feel clearer, more at peace, more centered and my energy levels are boosted. I use it to overcome all ailments, physical, mental and emotional and it has been a great gift to many clients, friends and my family.
