🌿 Spring Woodland Wellbeing Workshops🌿

As the light begins to return and the woodland slowly awakens, I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been quietly weaving together behind the scenes…

This spring I’ll be hosting two gentle, nature-immersive workshops designed to help you reconnect with the season, your senses, and yourself 🌱

Together we’ll walk among awakening trees, gather seasonal plants, sip warming teas by the firepit, and take time to breathe, reflect, and reset in held woodland space.

✨ Workshop 1 — Birch & Wild Garlic: Spring Reset
🗓 Sunday 22 March | 11am – 2pm

Step into the threshold of spring as silver birch begins to shimmer with new life and the forest floor fills with vibrant wild garlic leaves.

We’ll learn to identify both safely, harvest respectfully, prepare fresh birch leaf tea, and create our own wild garlic salt to take home — all while sharing warm drinks and seasonal snacks around the fire.

This is a space to gently release winter heaviness and awaken the senses.



🌸 Workshop 2 — Hawthorn & Bluebells: Heart Opening
🗓 Sunday 26 April | 2pm – 5pm

As blossom season unfolds, we’ll gather among hawthorn hedgerows and bluebell-carpeted woodland for a softer, more reflective afternoon.

We’ll prepare hawthorn tea, explore folklore and seasonal symbolism, and spend quiet time immersed in the beauty of the spring woods.

An invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the heart of the season.

• Plant identification & seasonal teaching
• Herbal teas & refreshments
• Firepit gathering
• Shelter in inclement weather
• Take-home seasonal creations

How do you raise your vibration?
Meditation
Looking at images that bring you peace and love like photos of loved ones or nature
Being IN nature
Think of things that are GOOD, don't keep repeating stories of anger and pain in your head,allow yourself to think of better things
Singing songs and words of joy and peace
Repeating words like love,peace, harmony, joy, abundance as a mantra
Connecting with animals and loved ones
Healing sessions and sound baths that help you clear your lower energies and lift you into higher space
Call on your angels, guides, dragons and unicorns to help you shift into a higher space
