Meditation isn’t about having no thoughts or emotions — it’s about becoming aware of them.
It’s the gentle art of observing rather than joining, creating space within yourself to notice what’s moving through you without judgement.
This is why it’s called a practice.
It takes time, patience, and the courage to simply show up with compassion for yourself.
Every moment you return to your breath, your body, your presence… you’re already doing the work. 💛
