Wow what a year it’s been 💫

Time has flown since starting Lunar Rose Aromatherapy back in April! I’ve learnt so much along the way* and I feel incredibly lucky to have met so many wonderful clients and fellow holistic therapists on the journey. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support 💕

Well that’s a wrap for 2025! Lunar Rose Aromatherapy will now be closed until the 5th of January.

I just wanted to take a moment so say a heartfelt thank you to all my wonderful clients for your custom and support this year, it really does mean a lot 💕

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and get to enjoy quality time with your family and loved ones.

I look forward to seeing what 2026 holds and continuing to sharing my love of aromatherapy with you.

🫚 GINGER ESSENTIAL OIL 🫚

Ginger is essential oil of the month over at nealsyardremedies (with 15% off throughout December). What could be a more fitting and warming oil for the festive season 🎄

This stimulating and supportive oil is a firm favourite in my essential oil kit due to its range of benefits, as well as being free from contraindications. It’s strong aroma is not for everyone through and it is hasn’t been given a lot of love in clinic recently!

Key benefits include supporting digestion, relieving musculoskeletal aches and pains and boosting circulation (slide 2). It pairs well with other spices and citrus oils to create a beautiful and uplifting Christmas blend (check out my winter spice diffuser blend on slide 3).
