Good morning everyone I thought it would be a good time to check in with you all. I hope you are all well and healthy and adjusting to our new norm. As a family we are getting used to this new situation. We are spending time on school work and have a fairly flexible schedule that we are following. We are including plenty of movement breaks, playing games in the garden and going for a good run/walk once a day maintaining our social distancing. Thereβs many things to be grateful for we have our health, family, friends, good healthy food, the weather, exercise and yoga practice. I hope you are all finding some time to nourish your bodies and minds. Maybe try a gentle YouTube practice out in the garden. There are many great practitioners such as Adrienne, Tim Sensei, kassandra and Five Parks yoga are ones I use and can recommend. Finally take the time to slow down and appreciate what we have rather than what we canβt do. Stay healthy and well with love Claire ###
