Hi all.
Forward folds tonight.
We’ll include a bit of work focused on sciatic relief.
One of our poses will be the bridge pose
It strengthens the glutes and lower back, which helps support the spine and can reduce pain,
can help release tightness in the lower back and pelvic floor, which may be putting pressure on the sciatic nerve,
While the gentle stimulating effect boosts circulation,
Engaging the core in this pose provides stability for the spine.
No extra props required tonight.
