Hi everyone. It’s our last class for 2025! Wow!
To help the nervous system in this season of crazy busyness, we’ll be looking at forward folding.
Soothing and calming to the nerves and emotions. The poses help destroy fatigue and give the internal organs help to function better.
Before we get on the couch, we’ll practice Anantasana.

Enhances concentration and cognitive function.
Improves flexibility in your inner thighs and hamstrings. Enhances blood circulation in the kidneys, liver, and uterus.
