The Community Urgent Eye Service (CUES) provides fast, expert care for a range of sudden eye issues, including:

🔴 Red or painful eyes

✨ Flashes or floaters

👓 Sudden changes to vision

🪶 Something stuck in the eye

You don’t need a GP appointment — pharmacies can refer you straight into the service, where trained optical professionals can assess and treat many common eye conditions. 🏥👁️‍🗨️

📢 Important update for parents

From January, the current MMR vaccine will be replaced with the new MMRV vaccine, which also protects against chickenpox.

This updated vaccine will be given at the new 18‑month appointment.

You don’t need to do anything right now — your GP will contact you when your child is due.
