🎶 Music Day magic! 🎶
We had an absolute blast enjoying Music Day with karaoke, musical instruments, and plenty of laughs along the way. The room was filled with singing, tapping, clapping, and big smiles all round 😄

All our residents had such a fun time — and we think Craig enjoyed it too… especially once that microphone was in his hand 🎤😉

Today marks the end of an era as we say goodbye to one of our absolute stars — Grant 😢 From the moment you joined us, you’ve filled Bentley with fun, laughter, love and unforgettable memories. Your energy, kindness and dedication have touched the hearts of everyone here, from residents to staff, and the bonds you’ve built will never be forgotten 💖

Together we’ve shared so many incredible moments — from the magic of our pantos, to the joyous theme days, and of course the countless spontaneous singalongs, dances, and activity laughs that will echo in these halls for years to come 🎭🎶💃

We know that even though you’re leaving, Hyacinth and Mildred may still make the occasional appearance 😉 and the love you’ve left behind will always remain.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Bentley — residents, staff, friends and all those who’ve made this journey so special. The fun, the laughter, the little moments and the big achievements have meant the world to me. Thank you for the gifts, the memories, and the truly lush send-off — it’s something I’ll never forget 💖

🎉✨ Afternoon Activity Fun! ✨🎉

This afternoon at Bentley was jam-packed with fun as the residents enjoyed a fantastic array of activities 😄💖 From balloon tennis 🎈 to colouring in 🎨 and dominoes 🁢, there was something for everyone to join in and enjoy!

Laughter, smiles and friendly competition filled the room as residents got stuck into each activity with energy and enthusiasm 💙 Whether it was the thrill of a balloon smash, the creativity of colouring or the clever moves in dominoes, everyone had an absolute blast!

It’s afternoons like these that remind us how much joy shared activities can bring — fun, connection and plenty of happy memories all round 🌟

🍕😋 Pizza Making Fun at Bentley! 😋🍕

Today’s activity was all about pizza, and what a tasty success it was! From cob halves, tomato puree, cheese, pineapple and pepperoni, everyone got creative with their toppings — and the results were absolutely delicious 😍✨

Residents and staff alike had a ball getting hands-on, spreading, sprinkling and stacking to their hearts’ content. Simple, fun, and utterly satisfying, it was a perfect way to enjoy a shared activity while making something everyone could eat and love 💖

Big smiles, full tummies and plenty of laughter made for another wonderful Bentley afternoon 🍕💙

🧩🏡 Cottage Jigsaw Complete! 🏡🧩

Our beautiful cottage jigsaw is officially finished and looking absolutely charming on the wall! 😍✨ Every piece carefully placed, and the end result is a picture-perfect scene full of detail and warmth 💖

A massive well done to our brilliant puzzlers — your focus, patience and teamwork really paid off! Watching this jigsaw come together piece by piece was such a joy, and now it’s proudly on display for everyone to admire 😊

Another masterpiece added to our collection… what a lovely way to brighten up the lounge! 🌸

📚✨ Book Club Magic with Karen! ✨📚

Today, Karen led another wonderful Book Club session, where things get really exciting with Nikabrik making his dramatic appearance 😲🦁 A tense and thrilling couple of chapters had everyone on the edge of their seats, discussing his scheming and plotting and what it might mean for our heroes!

The residents were fully engaged, sharing thoughts, predictions and enjoying the imaginative world of Narnia together 💫 There’s something truly special about gathering, reading and connecting over a story — it brings smiles, sparks conversation and makes time fly by ✨

A huge thank you to Karen for leading another fantastic session and for bringing the magic of reading to life for everyone 💖 We can’t wait for the next chapter!

It was smiles all round again for Peter, who was thoroughly enjoying his delicious Drumstick lollipops 😋✨ And honestly… can you blame him? Absolute classics!

This morning the wonderful Joe Joe had a proper little rock out to Go Johnny Go Go… and then again 😄🎶 Clearly one time just wasn’t enough!
