Message: Notice the urge → name it (“just a sensation”) → watch it rise/fall like a wave. You’re the ocean, not the wave.
Do this (3 min): Next craving, set a 5-minute timer and observe—don’t fight. Breathe slow. When the timer ends, rate the urge (0–10). It’ll drop.
