🌿 This week on Meet the Team – Junior🌿

Today we’d like to introduce Junior Hyde, one of our dedicated Funeral Directors based at our Codsall office.

Junior joined during one of the most challenging times for families – the COVID pandemic, when many were facing loss and uncertainty. Having experienced bereavement personally after the loss of his own father, Junior felt called to work in the funeral profession to support others through their own difficult moments ❤️

With over four years of experience in the funeral industry, Junior is passionate about helping families feel cared for, listened to, and supported every step of the way.

We’re proud to have Junior as part of our team and grateful for the compassion and understanding he brings to the families we serve.

💙 Blue Monday – Spreading a Little Kindness 💙

This week marked Blue Monday, and as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our local community, our Funeral Directors Mitch, Gavin, Abbey and Junior took time out to visit several local care homes.

They delivered token gesture boxes of biscuits to help brighten the days of residents and staff – a simple act of kindness to show that they are thought of and truly appreciated. 🍪✨

We were delighted to visit and spend time with the wonderful teams and residents at:

• Aldergrove Manor Care Home
• Eversleigh Care Home
• Greenleighs Care
• Hampton Court
• Bentley Court Care Home

It was lovely to share smiles, chats, and moments of positivity. Thank you to all the care homes who welcomed us so warmly, and for the incredible work you do every single day. 💙

✨ Meet the Team ✨

Following on from our popular Meet the Team series, we’d like to introduce Toni 💜

Toni is a Funeral Service Specialist and Funeral Plan Consultant, based in our Bilston office. She has been a valued member of our team for 7 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience after previously working as a Deputy Manager of a residential care unit.

Toni takes great pride in helping people plan ahead and guiding them through some of life’s most difficult moments whilst forming close connections with many people she supports. Toni has a wonderful caring nature and makes everyone feel at ease 🌹

Outside of work, Toni is a proud dog mum to two bulldogs, Nelson and Arthur, who keep her busy and smiling 🐾 and wife to Kevin ❤️

Sophie is your local Wombourne funeral service specialist and has been part of our team for 3 years. She’s also a proud mum to two girls, and brings that same nurturing, thoughtful approach to every family she supports. Sophie takes the time to listen and helps families create a farewell that truly reflects their loved one.
