On 15th October at 7pm, we will be joining families around the world in lighting a candle for the Global Wave of Light - a moment of remembrance for all babies who Sadly passed away during pregnancy, at birth, or in infancy.

🕯️At Jennings Funeral Directors, we invite you to take part in this peaceful tribute. Whether you light a candle at home, share a photo online, or simply pause to reflect, your light helps break the silence and honour every tiny life lost.

Gav’s been part of our team for over 7 years now! He first joined as a casual Funeral Service Operative, quickly moving into a full-time role, and has recently stepped up as one of our Funeral Directors🌟

🎉 Love 2 Talk Celebrates Its First Birthday! 🎉

Our Funeral Arranger and Funeral Plan Consultant Amanda, from our Sedgley office, was delighted to attend the Love 2 Talk meeting today for a very special occasion — the group’s first birthday celebration! 🎂

Amanda has been a valued member of this wonderful community since March 2025, attending meetings whenever possible.

The group was founded by Steve one year ago today, and it has continued to grow steadily ever since. As the photos show, Steve is greatly appreciated by all and was presented with a special gift to recognise his hard work, kindness, and support 🎁❤️

💬 The Love 2 Talk group meets every Thursday at The Beacon Centre between 10am and 12pm. Refreshments, including hot drinks and food, are available to purchase.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, enjoy great conversation, and make lasting friendships — and everyone is welcome, no matter your age.
