Fantastic Solstice Gathering today, with wonderful souls aligning to the powerful shifts of cycles coming to an end on so many levels. Crystal Skull Meditation

Gong Bath Evening 💫
Relax deeply whilst being accompanied by the therapeutic sounds of Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs & Therapeutic Percussion such as Chimes and Rain-sticks. During the session, you will experience the beautiful sounds of the instruments washing over you, which will send you into a deep meditative state. ⭐️ As the session draws to a close, you will be gently brought back to complete consciousness with a selection of percussion instruments. On awakening, reflect on your experience during the journey. ✨ Soundbaths are suitable for everyone, but unfortunately pregnant ladies who are in their first trimester cannot take part. 💛
