We have the latest lenses from Pilla, but the weather hasn’t been conducive to an outdoor video, so I recorded a brief “unboxing” which will uploaded soon.

This was a nice project for a Grouse shooter with an eye dominance issue.

Having been sold a couple of useless side rubber lumps, we found;

(1)The shooting eye needed a prescription to see clearly.
(2)The left eye was neurologically dominant so HAD to be occluded for the brain to use the right eye
(3)The shooter had a specific lens colour preferences

I combined this into the Carbon CXL side (for lateral protection) and a prescription insert in the Outlaw x6 frame, with a custom shaped ellipse to switch the left eye off.

Result? Perfect alignment and a happy shooter!
