Laser shouldn’t be completely pain-free.
Some areas will feel more sensitive than others.
Some sessions will feel stronger than others.
And if you’re feeling nothing at all…
it’s probably not effective.
Because feeling something during laser means something is happening.
You’re heating the follicle. You’re creating a response.
Pain isn’t the goal… but sensation matters.
One person’s “pain-free” is another person’s “too much”
so it’s a spectrum.
Areas like Hollywood, face, and underarms?
You’ll feel those more. Sharp, but not unbearable.
Legs and arms? Much more tolerable.
And why does it feel different?
Because of:
• Hair density
• Hair thickness
• The area being treated
• Skin sensitivity
More hair = more heat = more sensation.
You want to feel the follicle being treated…
not like the skin is just being massaged.
No gatekeeping. Just real laser knowledge.
