A calorie deficit is king for fat loss.
However, I’m getting tired of seeing it plastered all over Instagram by every Tom, Dick and Harry. 🙄
So instead let’s talk about EXERCISE!
Most people don’t know this but while a calorie deficit is essential for fat loss, research shows that staying physically active is essential for weight loss maintenance.
It doesn’t have to be a huge amount.
And it doesn’t have to be intense either (f**k doing HIIT everyday) 😅
It can be as simple as getting your steps in every single day. 7-10k a day is ideal. 👌🏼
You don’t like walking? Then go for a bike ride.
You don’t like Bikes? Ok then go on the stair master at the gym.
You don’t like the stair master?
You don’t like exercising at all?! 🤔
Well, tough s**t.
We all have to do things we don’t enjoy sometimes. Turns out this one is very important for your health and longevity.
My point is find some form of exercise you love and do a little bit every single day. 🙌🏼
