Join our friendly 6‑bed Children’s Residential Service based right in the heart of a residential community in Coventry.
We support children and young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, EBD, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and complex behavioural or care needs. Some young people may also experience mental health challenges, self‑harm, or social and emotional delays due to past trauma — and this is where YOU can make a life‑changing impact. 💙
💼 About the Role
You’ll work a variety of shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, long days, alternate weekends, and sleep‑ins — becoming part of a supportive, child‑centred team.
Your role will include:
✅ Creating a safe, caring and consistent home
✅ Empowering young people to build confidence & independence
✅ Being a positive and reliable role model
✅ Supporting health, education, and emotional wellbeing
✅ Encouraging life skills and daily routines
✅ Planning fun and meaningful activities

✅ Completing keyworker responsibilities
✅ Following all safeguarding, policy and regulatory expectations
✅ Taking part in ongoing professional development
