Super excited to announce this soul-led expansion in collaboration with my friends and 💕
Our Circle is founded by Gillian and Karen, both trained coaches and alcohol-free mums who understand that many health concerns, from skin and hormones to sleep, stress and confidence are deeply connected to lifestyle and very often, alcohol use.
Drawing on their own lived experience and accredited, professional coaching training, they support both men and women who feel stuck in their relationship with alcohol to create lasting, compassionate change in their lives and that of their family’s lives too.
Our Circle offers an eight-week Alcohol-Free Experience in a supportive group setting at £99, as well as a bespoke 1:1 coaching programme for women seeking deeper, personalised transformation at a cost of £800.
Their work is rooted in lived experience rather and theory, offering empathetic, down-to-earth support that fits real life. They help men and women make sustainable changes without shame, rules or perfection, just honest conversations, gentle accountability and practical tools that actually work.
