30 → 45 | The Regenerative Perspective

The goal was never to “look younger or different”�The goal has always been to make consistent progress to improve my lifestyle, and in turn support my biology. I want to age strong, resilient and healthy. Despite all the struggles, (20+ years as a
healthcare professional, 12-13 hr shifts, night shifts, endless course work and exams, life drama and intense stress…) I am doing alright 😊 although the chins are unfortunate 😩😂

Regenerative aesthetics takes a unique approach to skin health. Instead of chasing quick fixes, it focuses on supporting the skin’s ability to repair, renew and maintain itself over time - this is a whole-body process, influenced by many intrinsic and extrinsic factors.

Skin quality is influenced by multiple biological systems — collagen turnover, mitochondrial energy, inflammation control, hormonal balance, and the resilience of our cells as we age to name a few.

The things that matter and compound over time:�• Protecting collagen�• Managing inflammation�• Supporting cellular energy�• Prioritising skin barrier health�• Investing in treatments that support regeneration through a multi-layer approach rather than chasing surface correction.

Ageing is inevitable - but how our tissues age is more modifiable than many people realise. This is the lens I use in my work - regenerative skin and biological health.

Our Circle is founded by Gillian and Karen, both trained coaches and alcohol-free mums who understand that many health concerns, from skin and hormones to sleep, stress and confidence are deeply connected to lifestyle and very often, alcohol use.

Drawing on their own lived experience and accredited, professional coaching training, they support both men and women who feel stuck in their relationship with alcohol to create lasting, compassionate change in their lives and that of their family’s lives too.

Our Circle offers an eight-week Alcohol-Free Experience in a supportive group setting at £99, as well as a bespoke 1:1 coaching programme for women seeking deeper, personalised transformation at a cost of £800.

January is often a big wellness goal month for many people, however it is also the middle of winter so be kind to yourself when setting and working towards goals. Be realistic and remember small consistent actions over a longer period will take you further than giant unsustainable and sporadic bursts of intent.
