Our Women's Peer Support Group runs every Monday 12:30pm - 2:30pm from The Recovery Hub on Connaught Road.
It is delivered by SUIT's lived experience volunteers, who are always happy to listen and offer advice and support to like-minded women working on their recovery.

The group gets involved in a number of activities, including crafts, yoga, mindfulness, and walk and talk. They are always open to suggestions if anyone has something in mind that they would like to try.

The group in open to anyone registered with SUIT or Recovery Near You and If you come along we can guarantee that you will be made to feel very welcome.

Due to demand, SUIT & Recovery Near You are returning to bring free, on-the-spot liver scans to The Hub on Wednesday 25th March 2026.

✔️ Quick and painless
✔️ Results straight away
✔️ No need to book

The scan is similar to an ultrasound and helps spot early signs of liver damage, with healthcare staff on hand to talk things through if needed.

We are pleased to announce that our Men's Group will be back up and running from this Friday, 20th March.
We would love it if you could come along and have your say about shaping the group into something that everyone can enjoy and have our team of Lived Experience volunteers on hand to listen to your ideas.

Delivered by the Black Country Coaches Club, it is open to anyone who works or volunteers in a peer support role in Wolverhampton and who would like to develop enhanced skills and confidence in communication and leadership.

A new peer-to-peer mental health support group is meeting monthly in Wolverhampton, with the next taking place at the Rethink Train Station Hub from 10am-noon on Friday (6 March).

The Mental Health Peer Support Drop-in is open to anyone with lived experience of mental health, homelessness or related challenges, and offers a safe space for people to connect, share and grow.
