There’s something truly powerful about the way sound supports the body 🌿✨
I recently received this beautiful message from the lovely Tina, who hadn’t been feeling well prior to coming along to Sunday evening's sound journey at The Beehive , and it’s a reminder of why I do this work. When the body is under stress, it holds tension, disrupts balance, and can make everything feel heavier. Through sound therapy, we gently guide the body into a more relaxed state — and that’s where real shifts can begin.
Sound can:
• Help calm the nervous system
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Encourage deeper rest and better sleep
• Support the body’s natural healing processes
• Create a sense of emotional release and balance
When we allow ourselves the space to slow down and receive, the body often knows exactly what it needs to do next.
I’m so grateful to witness these experiences and to hold space for healing in this way 💫
