Every step is a milestone.
Today we are celebrating a very special moment β€” our little champion has started walking independently and took his very first few steps!
This achievement is the result of his incredible consistency with therapy sessions and home exercises. His determination, along with the unwavering dedication and commitment of his parents, has truly made the difference.
A heartfelt thank you to Elles Angels for supporting his therapy journey and helping make moments like this possible.
So proud of you β€” this is just the beginning! πŸ’› Elle's Angels

🀝 Strategic Partnership Announcement

We are pleased to share that Power Paeds Physiotherapy is now partnering with Just4Children.

Just4Children is a UK charity that provides structured fundraising support for families of children with disabilities and complex medical needs.

Through this collaboration, our families will have access to:
β€’ guidance on setting up fundraising campaigns
β€’ support with donor platforms and compliance
β€’ assistance in raising funds for therapy, equipment, and specialist interventions
β€’ an established charity framework to ensure transparency and credibility

We understand that accessing intensive therapy and specialist equipment can place significant financial pressure on families. This partnership aims to provide practical support and open additional opportunities where needed.

You can learn more about Just4Children here:

We look forward to working together to support our families beyond the clinical setting.

Early intervention makes a difference.

Paediatric physiotherapy supports children to move, play, and grow with confidence.

πŸ”Ή Delay in milestones (rolling, sitting, standing, walking)
πŸ”Ή Toe walking or abnormal walking patterns
πŸ”Ή Poor balance or frequent falls
πŸ”Ή Muscle tightness, stiffness, or weakness
πŸ”Ή Poor posture or reduced core strength
πŸ”Ή Conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Torticollis, Down Syndrome..

No referral required – parents can self-refer.

Early assessment and timely therapy help improve movement, prevent secondary complications, and promote independence in daily activities.

Our approach is child-centred, evidence-based, and play-focused, with strong emphasis on parent education and home programmes.

Does your child walk with their feet turning inward?
This is called intoing, and it’s very common in toddlers and young children. In some cases, it improves by itself β€” but sometimes it can affect balance, coordination, and walking confidence.

Here are the most common causes:
β€’ Tibial torsion – inward twist of the shin bone
β€’ Femoral anteversion – inward rotation at the hip
β€’ Metatarsus adductus – curved foot shape
β€’ Low tone or delayed motor development

A physiotherapy assessment can help identify the cause and guide the right exercises to improve alignment, balance, and functional movement.

If you're unsure whether your child’s intoeing is typical or needs support, we’re here to help.

Trunk Rotations for Core Stability & Control!

Trunk rotation exercises play a vital role in improving core strength, postural control, and balance β€” all essential for developing functional movements like sitting, standing, and walking.

At Power Paeds Physiotherapy, we focus on engaging the child through play-based, goal-oriented activities to make therapy both effective and enjoyable.
