Yin Yoga & Crystal Healing Evening
Treat your mom to a deeply restorative evening combining gentle Yin yoga, crystal healing, and guided meditation. This one-off session is designed to support relaxation, balance the nervous system, and encourage deep rest, perfect for beginning the year feeling grounded and renewed.

Expect long held, floor based Yin postures (5+ minutes) suitable for all levels, healing crystals placed on the chakras by a qualified holistic therapist, and a calming meditation accompanied by soothing music.

Mats are provided. Please feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow for maximum comfort.

One of my favourite evenings are spent .is.eudaimonia with Kate SoundBath. We join together to provide a SoundBath and crystal healing session which help intensify their healing properties.

I love working with my dowser - it provides guidance on your chakras (energy centres) so the I can tailor your treatment based on your energy needs. Through time and care I can help to balance your chakras through using crystals, reiki a recent new addition of sound therapy.

Sometimes our body can feel off sorts, physically we are well, but we can’t put our finger on the way in which we are feeling - which is where the energy healing comes in!

Through years of education, practice & clinical settings based on a ward - I have perfected my trade!
