Roots To Freedom Roots To Freedom (previously conscious buddy) a community of people that gather together online & in-person events. The possibilities are endless.

Sharing the same vision of releasing patterns & cycles to create liberation and freedom. Conscious Buddy started out as yoga studio and juice bar called YogaBuddy In 2015. Conscious Buddy hold events, classes, workshops and retreats in the UK and worldwide. The idea of Conscious Buddy is to bring a community of people together that share the same interests and like minds. From conscious community dance events and collaborations with other space holders and an online community platform. Estella, creator of the Conscious Buddy Community sets out to make her community events inclusive for everyone and will always offer ways to work with energy exchange that isn't always monetary so no one gets left out and we all are in the flow of giving and receiving.

We are incredibly blessed to be welcoming the spirit lifting, music to our solstice temple gathering with .wild.retreat. 🪻

Izzy Adams is a deeply introspective and prolific singer-songwriter who loves to capture the essence of her soul in a song. Lyrically, she writes about liberation and love.. Sonically, Izzy weaves ethereal tones with soulful melodies, wrapped in a thick coat of drama, and a side dish of jammy percussion. Influenced and compared to artists such as Joni Mitchell, Fia and Alice Phoebe Lou.

Izzy will also be offering a workshop, ‘Songs For The Heart’ (Kirtan style devotional song circle with grounding/somatic movement/voice activation) or a Song Circle using group in choir type manner, leading through harmonies, parts work, voices as an orchestra of instruments to create sonic landscape. 🍃

You’re warmly invited to a Summer Solstice gathering at Redricks Lakes 🌞

The weekend is inspired by the summer solstice and the ancient landscape we will be walking upon.

The Wild Retreat Redricks Lakes is a powerful natural space with a swimming lake, woodland and beach stages and just a mile away lies an ancient site that has held human civilisation for over 7,000 years, with more than 5,000 years as active temple land.

On the solstice itself, we will walk as a pilgrimage to this sacred site, meeting the modern world with ancient connection and holding ceremony on the land.

Music, fire and cacao ceremony, dance rituals, ancestral honouring & land connection, yoga with morning sun salutations, shared meals, swimming, sauna and archery all held as a village in community.

Happy international women's day 🌸

Sisters, daughters, mothers, aunts, grandma's, may you know I see you, I love you, I thank you for all you've done in the most challenging of times.

Our next generation will know what we did to rise again. To be the voice for those that didn't and still don't have one. May we feel brave enough to show up, even in the smallest of ways, to each other, to tending the earth, to ourselves and not feel shame or guilt in doing so because our magic is so needed.

Thank you from the deepest part of my heart, its because of you I stand up after each fall and dust myself down and try again.

This unique experience will take us on a spiritual journey through the himalayas. Immersing ourselves into the culture and spectacular majestic mountain ranges.

This trek is about the journey from our inner landscapes and the power of the landscape around us.

This is a deeper exploration of the soul.

Nepalese new year is the 18th March whilst we are walking, where we will connect with local communities and set our own intentions for this new year.

Join us for our last event of the year, bringing in the winter solstice together. An afternoon of freedom dance, cacao, fire circle with drums and songs. Finishing with homemade soup and the famous mamas bread!

The woodland awaits to bring you gently into the winter season. This time, choosing to celebrate at the exact moment winter begins, 3:03pm on Sunday, December the 21st.

Another blessed gathering in the woodland. Coming together for these gatherings brings us back home, to ourselves and each other in-between the every day running of life. These gatherings allow us to drop into the space and reset that sometimes overrun nervous system or just to simply be in the joy of a conscious gathering 🌀

Giving huge thanks and gratitude to & for always being so welcoming as we come to dance under the trees and land you so tenderly love and nurture.

for opening the space up in forest bathing and breath work.

Marty to tending to the fire and keeping it going so we can wonder over and be with the energy whenever we feel called but especially when the dance is over and we create space to relax and enjoy the relaxing sounds which was so lovingly offered by & .. we are honoured you came to play in the temple of the trees for us all to receive 🙏🏼 🕉 the energy from your lands in Nepal was truly felt 💫

Giving thanks to , creator of these community events , dance facilitator and cacao ceremony holder. I am deeply grateful and honoured to be of service in these times in however that is called to come through. Always with the intention of love and connection 🦋
