Part of the Kingsley Healthcare Group. Allonsfield House care home is in the delightful rural Suffolk village of Campsea Ashe but conveniently close to Woodbridge, Wickham Market and Framlingham and only a short drive from Ipswich on the A12.

Lest we forget 🎖️

This morning we led a wreath at the Campsea Ashe War Memorial and joined the community to reflect and give thanks in the two minute silence.

In our wreath we included a purple poppy. This represents all the animals that have lost their lives to war. Our late resident Sally, who was an animal activist, wished to lay purple poppies at the next Remembrance Day.

This Remembrance Sunday we joined residents of Campsea Ashe at St John the Baptist Church.

The residents that attended all commented on what a lovely service it was and how lucy we are to have this wonderful church just across the road especially in such an important occasion.

Visiting our friends at The Depperhaugh Nursing Home 💜

In the morning Mark told us about the history of the building and surrounding areas. Followed by an Excercise session to get us moving.

After a tasty lunch we were then treated to a performance from a local Morris Dancing Group.
