Last week, Tansy and I supported a fantastic Winter “Stay Safe & Well” event at the Waltham Forest Community Hub! ❄️💙

We were joined by so many incredible organisations, including Alzheimer’s UK, Stroke Association, and the NHS Bowel Screening team — all working together to help our community stay healthy and informed.

At Bluebird Care Waltham Forest, we know how important it is to look after your health, especially during the colder months. That’s why we offer free blood pressure checks, helping reduce the need for extra GP visits and giving our community quick, accessible health support.

Terri also delivered a brilliant talk highlighting the services we provide as a dedicated domiciliary home care provider, supporting people to live safely and comfortably at home. 🏡💙
A big thank-you to everyone who came along and to the Community Hub for hosting such a valuable event!
