This is a relaxed, supportive session where we take the time to talk about: • Your goals
• Your health history
• Any injuries, aches or concerns
• Your previous experience with exercise (or none at all)
We may also look at how you move, your strength and mobility, so we can make sure everything we recommend is safe, appropriate and tailored to your body.
There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations to be “fit” and no judgement.
The assessment allows us to personalise your training from day one — so you feel confident, supported and clear about what comes next.
